Copenhagen hasn’t always been synonymous with food and good design. When Sarah Britton moved there, healthy food couldn’t compete with „proper“ Danish food like meat, potatoes and brown sauce. Seven years later, Sarah is happy to show us around a newly healthy city. Preferably by bicycle.
Sarah, you were born in the US, grew up in Toronto and now live in Copenhagen. How does it compare?
Copenhagen is a little village compared to Toronto. And it’s far more beautiful. You can wander around and anjoy just looking at the buildings. Toronto is not a very attractive city. I appreciate aesthetics a lot and like to be in a nice environment, so I much prefer being in Copenhagen. I also love the biking here.
